Arkansas Maxillofacial Surgery Center - Little Rock — We are located two miles west of Interstate 430 on Cantrell Road/Hwy 10. Heading west, turn right at the corner of the Arvest Bank onto Highland Drive. The New Balance/Sole Solution shoe store is on the left as you turn. Come to the end of the block. We are the last office on the left, just before the Highland Point Apartments.
